Jupiter Residences House Rules

These rules apply to all stays in Jupiter Residences accommodation and must be respected by all travelers.

Arrival and Departure

1. You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM local time and must check out before 10:00 AM local time. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know as soon as possible by email or phone. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. If you exceed the check-out time by more than two (2) hours, we reserve the right to enter the apartment, remove any belongings, change the locks or access codes, and take any other action deemed necessary or appropriate. You may be held liable for all associated costs and additional charges of up to 150% of the actual daily rate for your stay for each day (full or partial) of overstay, as well as any other related damages, charges, costs, or expenses incurred by us (for example, regarding the loss of a subsequent booking or the booking of alternative accommodation for any part of the overstay period).
3. You will receive check-out instructions by email before your departure. Please follow them carefully.

General rules

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

1. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies or terraces (tobacco, cannabis, electronic cigarettes). Any violation will result in a fine of €250 as well as cleaning and deodorization fees.
2. Organize parties or events.
3. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants allowed (indicated on your booking).
4. Making excessive noise or generating noise disturbances after 10 p.m.
5. Disturbing the peace of neighbors or infringing on their right to safety and privacy.
6. Using illegal substances or engaging in illegal activities, including fraudulent downloading.
7. Using the accommodation for commercial purposes, including the production of photos, videos or filming without prior written permission.
8. Possessing weapons or dangerous objects.
9. Modify the interior layout, including moving furniture.
10. Leaving personal belongings, rubbish or food in common areas.
11. Hosting undeclared persons beyond the authorized capacity.

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, Jupiter Residences reserves the right to immediately cancel your stay without refund and to apply financial penalties.



Other Rules

Zero tolerance

All travelers must respect the staff and other residents. Jupiter Residences has a strict policy against all forms of discrimination, intimidation, or violence.

Visitors and guests

You may invite people to stay in the accommodation only with our prior written permission. You must accompany and supervise your guests at all times.

If you exceed the number of occupants allowed, you will be charged up to 100% of the daily rate for each undeclared person and your right to occupy may be revoked immediately.

Animals

Pets are allowed in some apartments.

Any violation will result in a fine of €100, as well as cleaning and repair costs.

For assistance animals, please contact us before your stay.

Supplies and equipment

An initial supply of household products and toiletries is provided upon your arrival.

The accommodation is equipped with linens and kitchen utensils. Any loss or damage may result in additional charges.

Only the amenities listed in your booking confirmation are available. Their use is entirely at your own risk.

Parking

Parking options and related instructions are provided in your confirmation email. You must comply with all applicable signs and regulations. Jupiter Residences accepts no responsibility for any violations.

Safety and responsibility

You are responsible for your safety and that of your guests.

Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the accommodation.

If you notice a risky situation, suspicious behavior or danger (fire, intrusion, etc.), contact the local emergency services immediately and inform us.

Damage and condition of the accommodation

You must report any damage that occurs during your stay immediately, even if minor.

If you do not do so, you will be held responsible for the necessary repairs.

Communication

If the accommodation is located in a building with external management, please do not contact them. All requests should be addressed to Jupiter Residences, using the contact details provided during your booking.

We may provide you with specific instructions before or during your stay. Please follow them and ensure your guests are aware of them.

Responsibility and sanctions

By staying at Jupiter Residences, you agree to abide by all of these rules.

Any failure to comply may result in:

• Additional fees
• Immediate eviction without refund
• Legal action will be taken in cases of serious damage or nuisance.
